1. Teaching and training
Develop a personalized / group training plan and design courses according to the trainee's age and level (primary / intermediate / advanced).
Teach basic tennis skills (grip, serve, forehand and backhand stroke, footwork, etc.) and tactical strategies.
Improve students' skills through demonstration, decomposing actions and practical drills, and evaluate the training effect on a regular basis.
2. Student management
Follow up the progress of the students, provide feedback and adjust the training program.
Instruct the students to participate in the competition, conduct pre-competition psychological counseling and tactical deployment.
The management of young students should take into account both physical training and interest training.
Have the professional ranking of ATP or WTA,ITF,
or have the qualification certification of intermediate coaches of international coaches organization
