Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured tennis coaching sessions to players of varying ages and skill levels (beginner to advanced).
Design and implement progressive training programs aligned with international coaching standards.
Conduct individual and group lessons, clinics, and performance training sessions.
Evaluate player performance and provide regular feedback and development plans.
Assist in organizing tournaments, camps, and promotional tennis events.
Maintain a safe, positive, and professional training environment.
Collaborate with academy management and other coaching staff.

Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field; sports-related preferred).
Minimum 2 years of full-time coaching experience after university graduation.
Valid and recognized tennis coaching license/certification (e.g., ITF, PTR, USPTA, or equivalent national certification).
Strong technical and tactical knowledge of modern tennis training methods.
Ability to conduct training sessions independently.
