We are seeking an experienced and high-performance Tennis Coach to join our team in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have a strong competitive or coaching background within ATP, ITF, or NCAA environments, and a passion for developing players at both elite and developmental levels.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-level tennis coaching to junior and/or professional players
Design and implement structured training programs (technical, tactical, physical, and mental)
Prepare players for national and international competitions (ITF/ATP/WTA events)
Conduct individual and group training sessions
Monitor player progress and provide performance analysis

Requirements
Proven background in ATP, ITF, or NCAA tennis (player or coach)
Minimum 3–5 years of high-performance coaching experience preferred
Strong technical and tactical knowledge of modern tennis
Experience working with competitive junior or professional players
International coaching certifications (ITF, PTR, USPTR, or equivalent) are a plus
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus)
