The Territory Operations Manager (TOM) will lead a team of Operations Engineers/ Project Managers in an assigned territory. The TOM will manage the team of solutions to drive operational excellence within the assigned territory. The TOM will be accountable for ensuring the team execute on effective customer engagement from the local Lifecycle Solutions and broader Regional Solution & Services team. The role will be accountable for monthly Revenue generation, timely Collection, Smooth project execution, Stake holder management and Customer relationship Management. This will be achieved through Workforce planning, delivery coordination, and ensuring the project completion within timeline
