- Covering wafer sort and Final Test  at OSAT

- Deploy tools and automate/standardize reports to support Test Operation Team

• Generate and recommend products yield limit/SBL to optimize yield and excursion
• Monitor and identify operation gap at OSAT eg. Site-to-site gap, drift in hardware and probe/socket cleaning optimization
• Identify failure rate with test pattern and high recovery pattern for improvement
• Summarize shmoo results in visual format for quick analysis on marginal patterns

- Work with Manufacturing IT to enable/enhance manufacturing support tool 

- Support Fab, Sort/Test and Assembly manufacturing integration program

- Support  wafer map, sort/test data integrity in database system

Qualifications

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronic Engineering
