In this role, you have the opportunity to

• Designs functional and safety test systems and test application software for new products under development.

Your responsibilities:

1. Communicates with the product development team to provide testability suggestions, defines functional/safety test plan, specifications, and test method.

2. Develops validation/verification protocols and performs the validation/verification test for test systems and test application software. Develops test/calibration/maintenance procedures for test systems.

3. Collaborates with engineers in Philips and contract factories during test development.

4. Leads the trouble shooting for test systems.

5. Continues to work on test system improvement in term of test time and test method.

6. Ensures test system capacity fulfilling mass production requirements through capacity planning.

7. Initiates EC for changes related to test systems.

Professional test development team around 5 members in Shanghai,

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Master Degree preferred

2. Experience: At least 2 years of test development experience in relevant field and proven capabilities in related areas. Familiar to manufacturing test methodology, troubleshooting and automatic test system. Experience in test software development using LabView. Experience in medical device industry is preferred

3. Competencies and skills:

a. Knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory and principles.

b. Knowledge of software design and engineering theory and principles.

c. Familiar with test instrument and hardware.

d. Good communication skill and fluent in both spoken and writing English.

e. Demonstrate motivation and commitment to self-reliance learning.

f. Strong sense of responsibility and target-oriented.
