Job Description

1.0 JOB SUMMARY

1.1 To be the technical expert for the new project/product to provide customer and HANAN test team a dedicated support in Test Station development.

1.2 The TD team leader should perform tester electronics design, lead TD team for test solution design and implementation

1.3 To be an expert to provide the technical support for the existing and TD developed testers.

1.4 To lead TD team to develop the common software platform ,to design and build the common control boards, relay boards, communication boards, etc.

1.5 To take as a management role to manage the TD team.

2.0 PREREQUISITES

2.1 Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic engineering with at least 8 years working experience in functional Test development area.

2.2 As a Sr. HW/electronics engineers can design the tester independently.

2.0 JOB DESCRIPTION

2.1 The TD team leader shall provide team Management with accurate and timely quotations for all consigned projects/products.

2.2 To act as the main interface with all test development related issues.

2.3 To provide accurate test quotation for new or existing customers, and provide the test plans for new projects.

2.4 The TD leader is responsible along with the customer and test engineer to develop the best test process and Test Specifications, that ensure the customer receives only product that meets their requirements.

2.5 The TD team leader shall consider to improve test access, coverage and reduce the cost of test fixture/stations when test solutions come out.

2.6 TD team lead shall have the standard buyoff report before transfer to production test engineer to make sure the tester/test station is good and meet customer requirement.

2.7 The TD team leader shall contribute to the improvement of Test Yields and tester stability especially which TD developed.

2.8 The TD leader should lead TD team to issue the standard documents, like tester user manual,maintenance instruction,tester BOM when transfer the tester to test engineer.

2.9 TD leader should lead TD team to save all the tester related files on the server,like fixtures/testers’ 3D drawing,diagram,test software and customer provided documents,for future study and forever record.

2.10 The TD team leader shall let the team keep learning spirit to acquire the advancing technologies,arrange the training to let electronics engineers and software engineers be more capable.

2、11 The team leader shall spend time on ongoing education to keep up with new technologies. Some examples of ongoing education include schooling, reading technical publications, going to seminars, classes and shows.

3.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Excellent oral & written communication, and interpersonal skills (English & Chinese). Work requires initiative and judgment, within standard procedures and a thorough knowledge of department and corporate policies and procedures dealing with the area of responsibility.Work well under multiple-pressure situation and work hard .

3.2 Works under minimal supervision, operates with great latitude in choosing methods for accomplishing objectives. Applies advanced and comprehensive knowledge of theoretical concepts
