2. Integrate test software with test hardware & debug in laboratory.
3. Verify test system in laboratory with stress testing.
4. Validate test system in new product DVT & PVT trial production.
5. Optimize test software to improve test efficiency & effectiveness.
6. Support new product 3T trial production & test related troubleshooting.
7. R&D, TCC, Service test support.
8. HW analysis and preliminary failure analysis.
Scope:
1. Identify new project test specification & test plan.
2. New project test hardware & software readiness.
3. New product 3T trial run test support.
4. New project test training for MFG test engineer.
5. Production critical test issue troubleshooting.
6. Identify R&D, TCC, Service test demand & support.

Position Requirements
1. Min bachelor degree in electronic, computer, communication, automatic control or mechanical-electric engineering disciplines.
2. At least 3 years working experience in test application development, software development, electronic product development of communication product development. Smart phone RF test development background is preferred.
3. Be familiar with test system architecture & test development process & methodology.
4. Be familiar with 2G/3G/4G mobile communication & WiFi connectivity wireless physical layer technology.
5. Be familiar with often used wireless tester application development, such as CMW500, MT8870A, MT8820C.
6. Proficiency in C#, C/C++, C++ builder, LabWindows/CVI, LabVIEW application development. NI TestStand application development experience is a plus.
7. Proficiency in mobile phone RF test software application development.
8. Be familiar with computer network & database (SQL server, Oracle) application development.
9. Qualcomm chipset based smart phone test development experience is a plus.
10. Need project management knowledge.
11. Fluent in both Chinese & English (both in spoken and written).
