TEST DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Brief Job Description:

The Test Development Engineer is responsible in the design, development, and implementation of high performance test solution on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for 1st silicon verification, characterization, qualification and manufacturing of Battery Management System Technology products.  This job also entails collaboration with design, test, eval and product engineers across ADI global sites.  Come up with innovative ideas and solutions to technical challenges, and contribute to the improvement of testability,  and cost efficiency in the test manufacturing of the product.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Electronics or Electrical Engineering.  MS graduate, or units, in related engineering field is a plus
  • At least 4 years related and progressive semiconductor test development experience
  • Solid background in electronics, circuit analysis and application, and product understanding
  • Extensive knowledge in test development solutions and techniques
  • Experience in developing test solutions on ATE equipment’s i.e. Teradyne Flex , ETS364/88 and NI STS (National Instruments) base platform is an advantage
  • PCB schematic entry and Layout.  Knowledge in the use of Cadence Tools design environment would be an advantage
  • Ability to lead/work both in a team, and autonomously. Need to be comfortable potentially operating within diverse cross site team
  • Strong sense and drive for innovation
