Detailed Description:

- Provide NPI product test supporting    
- Engaged in new test process development proposal and study
- Setup and buy-off test system/station for new products
 - Provide regularly sustaining test support such as tester maintenance, test spare parts and test calibration
 - Closely track the 1st test pass yield improvement and tester downtime for every test station and focus on test NDF reduction
 - Co-work with team to reduce debug WIP, especially for aging WIP control, as well, test scrap reduction and avoidance
 - Continuous test improvement
 - Communication with internal team and customers independently
 - Be able to handle and solve critical test issues
 - Prepare for test plan/instruction/functional block etc training material and provide training for test technician and operators
 - Lean and Six sigma promotion for all of test areas

Knowledge/Skill required for Job Qualification:

- Graduated with Bachelor or Diploma graduate and major in electronics/communication/computer engineering 
- Minimum 1 year working experience with test engineering related
- Familiar with electronics product's manufacturing test process and MSA study
- Familiar or understand test software development such as, Labview/Teststand, VB.NET, C++ computer language experience is
preferred
- Strong computer office skillsets (Word,Excel,PPT)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English skills (CET4/6 is preferred)
