Main responsibilities                        
1    Finds defects in software products (such as operating systems, desk top / server / web / mobile / embedded applications) and reports defects in comprehensive English to a defect tracking database (bug base)                    
2    Executes pre-defined test cases within the estimated times and immediately flags any productivity decrease issues and risks. Asks questions if anything regarding the test cases or the tested software is not clear.                    
3    Monitors assigned defects and provides relevant information required by software engineers or developers.                    
4    Implements / applies the project testkit and testplan; proposes optimization of those.                    
5    Follows Moravia-specific and client-specific standards, practices and policies.                    
6    Communicates closely and pro-actively with Test Lead, peer Test Engineers, Software Engineers and Test Development Engineers.                    
7    Reports relevant issues to a project Test Team Lead and a Project Manager.                    
8    Improves his/her knowledge through trainings and self-training. Shares acquired knowledge with peers.                    
9    Is able to act as Test Lead's deputy. Does basic test development, and software engineering tasks.
