Job Description

This opportunity is for a candidate that is currently studying/working towards a relevant Bachelor's degree from an academic institute. In this position, you will be joining the Test Engineering organization for Costa Rica Assembly Test Manufacturing (ATM) Factory. There you will learn and perform a wide variety of engineering activities like equipment sustaining, develop and sustain process control systems, perform hardware software upgrades, perform Install / Qualifications, quality assurance (yield and defects per million) and safety tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be an active student pursuing a Bachelors, Licenciatura or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical, Mechanical OR related engineering fields.
- Intermediate English level (write, read and speak) is desired.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Problem Solving Methodologies and Data analysis (JMP, SQL, pathfinder, Excel, Power Query, others).
- Coding: Scripting Perl, Python, Windows batch file. C++ and C desirable for general culture., but not critical.
- UNIX/Linux experience; SQL query experience on SQL server.
- LEAN and Six Sigma.
