Deliverable Management Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. Test Result documentation, Test Report preparation, Defect Tracking & Reporting. Team planning and alignment of team members to different projects. Client Management Expectation Management in terms of delivery, availability and quality. Manage team member shuffling due to operational challenges without impacting clients experience. Manage planned/unplanned leaves of team members without impacting delivery timeline. Team Management Lead a team of around 10-15 Quality Assurance engineers (both Manual and Automation testers) and be the client facing team member for the organization. Conduct scrum meetings with team members. Provide feedback to team members when needed or at predefined intervals. Identify the learning needs of the team members and plan the upskilling of the team members. Participate in performance appraisals. Take care of smooth onboarding and offboarding of team members. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject. At Least 10 years of experience and hands-on Web UI Automated, Manual testing and Performance testing experience Two years of experience in leading diverse projects i.e. Web & Mobile. Experience of leading a team of QAs working across the organization Experience in setting up QA process, standards Extensive experience in client facing role Experience in Management reporting Good understanding of different automation tools that can be used for Web UI test automation and command expertise in at least one of them for testing. Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, Familiarity with common issue tracking tools (i.e. JIRA, Bugzilla, Mentis, etc.) Should have Strong testing aptitude with clear understanding of testing concepts (testing life cycle /test plan / test strategy / defect life cycle).
