Responsibilities include:

• Manage assigned few Test Teams
• Ensure quality of deliverables
• Support Testing evaluation & negotiation
• Process Control / Create / Review and Quality Assurance
• Risk management
• Tracking and Managing Testing schedules & costs
• People Management, motivation and development
• Lead and Manage team to meet company main goals
• Lead client calls & meetings
• Client management

Skills and Experience include:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a IT-related discipline
• Good technical background; able to analyze and assess product changes and target testing appropriately.
• Detail-oriented and creative with a questioning mind
• Very Good problem solving (self and team)
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking and listening requires)
• Multi-tasking and able to handle/manage few projects at the same time
• Strong Leadership and people motivation
• Ability to work under tight timelines and flexible in working hours
• Experience 3-5 years
