Join us!    What role will you play?  Define and drive the Test Management process including the test automation concept Design and execute test cases that assure adequate quality and act as lead test analyst Support the Test Automation process from test case definition to automation run implementation Define and drive the Defect Management process, including all defect fixing activities Apply test tool support for design and execution of test cases, analyze quality and test coverage, and guide testers in using the tool Maintain absolute integrity of the test run and defect database to ensure a full audit trail Ensure Test processes are aligned with business and provider Represent the Test Management and Test Analyst position to both regional users and international staff on a regular basis To make a difference, you must have: At least 3 years working experience in SW Quality Management Certified ISTQB Tester or Test Manager preferred Experience defining test cases which assure full test coverage Experience defining test automation concepts as well as implementing them Experience managing the software defect resolution process Experience in Microsoft Power Platform Degree ideally in Business or related field with a strong IT affinity High level of proactivity, structured, and self-organized working style Good documentation and presentation skills Fluent in English, written and spoken Experienced with agile methodologies Intercultural skills and motivation to work in a virtual and international team Willingness to travel We are thrilled to have: A hybrid working model with a flexible working hours policy in order to promote work life balance.
