Job Description

If you have at least 2 years of professional experience and have taken a break from the paid workforce for at least one year for any of the following, but not limited to reasons we welcome, you to apply:

This position is Hybrid/On-Site during the 16-week returnship program.

As a Test Process Engineer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Develop and configure modules (hardware/software/automation) in support of new test methodologies and equipment

  • Work with product engineering and manufacturing teams to support customer samples

  • Identify test related readiness, issues, gaps, and optimizations throughout the life of the product and provide expedient resolution

  • Determine test parameters, fault coverage, and specify tests to be performed

  • Participate in all phases of the product/module development lifecycle


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have been out of the paid workforce for at least one year

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 Years of professional experience in Hardware Engineering

  • BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solve technical problems in a structured and analytical manner

  • Demonstrate effective communication (verbal, written)

  • Project manage area of ownership

  • Experience with lab equipment


Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
