Your area of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented Your primary responsibility is to test Industrial PCs, including hardware and software components to ensure the quality of customer value created. You work on constant optimization of our testing approaches, test environments and test sets. In addition, you coordinate our international community of practice for testing. You analyze customer feedback from the field and derive adaption of testing approaches. Your responsibilities also include the creation of test documentation and presentation of test metrics. You will be in direct technical contact with external companies and Siemens colleagues in Germany, Czech Republic, China, and Turkey. You will work intensively with technologists, hardware developers, software developers and our manufacturing department, and will coordinate cross-functionally throughout your area of responsibility. Your qualifications - sound and adequate We would like to talk to you if you have a successfully completed a university degree in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering, computer science or automation technology. In order to qualify for this position, you must bring excellent knowledge and experience in testing management methodologies for the field of PC technologies and interfaces. Additionally, you must have excellent knowledge and experience in the use of Windows and Linux operating systems. Ideally, you have experience designing and developing automated tests in C++, C# and python. Experience in communication and visualization of software and test architectures, is a plus. You also bring good knowledge of PC hardware (USB, PCI-Express, SATA, ...). You are characterized by an independent and self-motivating working style and can coordinate well within an international and multi-cultural team. In addition, you bring Good English communication skills, which are required; German communication skills are a plus.
