Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD) is the Technology and Manufacturing Group (TMG) organization responsible for developing the cutting edge substrate, assembly, test technologies and manufacturing that form a critical part of Intel's world-class products. The vision of the Assembly Test Technology Development is to be the industry leader and clear choice for affordable assembly/test manufacturing and technology.
Responsibilities for this position include, but will not be limited to:
- Driving affordable test costs for our products and supporting the LRP (Long Range Planning) process and MORPAT (Model of Record for Package/Assembly/Test) backend test.
- Support the Long Range Planning forecast by managing ATTD's cost, the Test Finance team's activities during the LRP cycle, partnering with Assembly Test Manufacturing (ATM) Finance to compare LRP forecasted costs and perform cycle-over-cycle analyses, as well as partnering with Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) to understand yield changes and impact to cost.
- Working with Technology Development (TD), Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) and Assembly Test Manufacturing to help drive the right optimization between test modules, develop cost-effective new technology, and put tension in the system to drive cost reductions to meet Intel's affordability goals.
- Partner with operations partners and fellow Finance Analysts to understand the cost impact of ATTD driven technology developments and changes to support the product roadmap.
- Invest time in learning the technology that supports Intel's test flow, develop the analytical skills to challenge partners on their assumptions, develop methodologies to accurately forecast/estimate cost impacts and influence business decisions that drive a positive Return on Investment (ROI) for the company.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Finance or any other related experience is required
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA with 2+ years of experience in Finance or any other related experience

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
