About the role:
In the role of Coordinator of Linguistic Testing your primary task will be ensuring high quality and on time delivery of client projects. Likewise, being responsive to client request and needs through coordination of the team of Linguists. You will be working in an international setting with people from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
* Creating and assigning linguistic testing projects to linguists
* Close communication with the client on daily basis, weekly calls with client (based in US time zone), communication with colleagues from Latin America
* Tracking, analyzing, and measuring project progress.
* Establishing quality and appropriate quantity of defects reported by Linguists in defect tracking database (bug base).
* Ensuring that the Linguists deliver tasks within the estimated times and immediately flag any productivity decrease issues and risks.
* Occasionally coordinating team of Test Engineers.
* Close and pro-active communication with Linguists.
* Following RWS and client-specific standards, policies, and practices.
Requirements:
* Great communication skills
* Experience with (any) project coordination
* English on a professional level – you will be communicating in English with the client and colleagues on daily basis.
* Background or interest in IT or technology is an advantage but not requirement.
* Advanced user knowledge of typical PC applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
