Safely supporting our factory Operations, ensuring our factory assets are available for use, when required by the end user, aiding our world class factory to continue in delivering amazing outcomes.
The successful applicant will have sound electrical control knowledge along with PCB and Final function test competency. Supplementing the electrical competency will be a working mechanical understanding.
The role offers opportunity to progress cross functionally in both mechanical and electrical principles. Our factory is class leading in delivering productivity though Digitalisation and Automation and there is a requirement for the successful candidate to develop in areas such as Robotics and PLC control
The position is based in our award winning factory in Congleton factory.

What you need to make that happen:
• Must have knowledge and experience of Electrical and Electronic test methods and practices
• Must have Electrical Control System knowledge
• Have an HNC or HND in relevant Electrical qualification
• An understanding of the following improvement initiatives e.g. 5S / TPM / CIP / Lean.
• Demonstrate a logical and methodical problem-solving approach
• Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with other teams
