Authority Responsibility for all Test equipment’s in Molding Rubber Products (MRP) Area Job Summary They must ensure the safety of operators and technicians involved in the electrical test process in MRP and ensure the execution preventive and corrective maintenance the electrical test equipment and ensure product quality to compliance with international standards that apply to each. Develop process improvement automation projects in order to increase efficiency and reduce fails during the electrical tests. Job Responsibilities Coordinate pokayokes projects in Qro site. Promotes the Safety, 5s and MESH policy in the area allocated. Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies. Must keep updated the backups of equipment their work areas, must keep at the last level backups PLC, HMI and MACHINES COMPUTERS of the MRP area. Must keep test equipment calibrated according to the period required by Quality in the MRP area. Should support the areas of EHS, Quality, Production, Manufacturing and Maintenance, without losing sight of that priority are test equipment of the MRP area. Must plan the preventive maintenance are performed to test equipment in the MRP area. Must execute the preventive maintenance are performed to test equipment. Must keep updated the list of critical spare parts to the MRP test equipment’s. Must keep at the last level the controls database of the MRP equipment’s. Must be involved in projects savings and continuous improvement to the MRP. Must develop improvements on the electrical test fixtures on MRP. Must help to update on MRP FMEA. #LI-DS1 Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Engineering related to the area. Years and area of experience required: 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering and maintenance activities. Technical Knowledge: Advance PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley and Siemens), Industrial Networks (Ethernet IP, Device Net, Profibus), Knowledge electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electronic, Vision System (Cognex),basic knowledge of probability and statistics, lean manufacturing tools, knowledge high voltage test and measure. knowledge Software (Net, Labview, C language), knowledge Networks and databases administration (SQL Server).
