Job Summary Develop the Annual Controls Software development strategy for AP area. Coordinate the software technician activities and projects. Operate and maintenance the shop floor software and test equipment in their areas and ensure product quality to compliance with international standards that apply to each. Develop process improvement projects through software. Manage and maintenance data base servers. Job Responsibilities Develop the Annual Controls Software development strategy into the AP area (Legacy software update, and new industry 4.0 projects). Coordinate the software technician activities and projects. Must keep at the last level backups MACHINES COMPUTERS and PLCs of the area allocated (Testers AP and Eflex developments). Should support the areas of EHS, Quality, Production, Manufacturing and Maintenance, without losing sight of that priority are test equipment of the area allocated. Must keep update the software documentation and apps source code. Must keep at the last level the shop floor database of the plant equipment’s. Must be develop and maintenance the software related to test machines, presses and assembly areas: PCs, speakers and Screen Monitors, traceability printers and scanners. Must be make and storage the Hard disk backups that belong Production Machines. Must maintenance to Production Data Bases. Must storage and manage the Controls software and other software related to the daily control’s activities. Participate in continuous improvement programs (Councils, RIEs, Gemba, LPAs, etc.) and manufacturing process related; as a part of the Eaton Business Systems (EBS). Promotes the Safety, 5s and MESH policy in the area allocated. Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies. Develop process improvement projects through software Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Engineering related to the area. Years and area of experience required: 1-3 years experience in manufacturing and engineering develop software.
