- Manage external component release tests in cooperation with suppliers, including test planning, assessment of supplier’s testing competence, test specification alignment and evaluation of test results
- Manage internal component/ system release tests in cooperation with chassis lab testing engineers, including test planning, test premise alignment and evaluation of test results
- Manage vehicle tests, including vehicle setup in cooperation with workshop, vehicle alignment, test operation and test evaluation
- Initiate supplier’s part analysis and evaluate analysis results for all internal component/ system/ vehicle tests
- Align test specification, share test planning and test results with RD Germany for all component/ system/ vehicle release tests
- Collect and mirror the overall pictures of the durability/ robustness performance for all localized parts in cooperation with endurance testing engineers
- Find root cause of potential part failures and verify part optimizations in cooperation with RD Germany and local development engineers
- Document test results
