DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
Works with various customer groups to include Design and innovation through Production, to define, develop and implement procedures for testing new products and developing technologies.
Develops testing specifications and ensures testing procedures are in compliance with internal and external standards. Evaluates and selects equipment to purchase or designs new equipment as appropriate.
Documents procedures and recommendations for all phases of testing. Completes testing or instructs Test Technicians on test protocol and documentation. Reviews, analyzes, documents, and communicates results.
Assists more Sr. Test Engineers on larger scale projects.
Job responsibilities:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work.
Open-minded, flexible, willing to be a team player.
Good communication skills in Chinese & English.
