1.测试平台验收及释放；
2.持续更新和维护测试相关的过程文件; 支持工艺完成如P-FMEA, CP, 测试作业指导书等；
3.主导测试故障的分析和测试异常问题解决,并提供相应的分析报告；
4.基于测试系统设计和实现方案，进行测试系统能力研究，完成研究报告Cgk, %GRR…；
5.基于测试不良的分析，持续改善测试工艺过程和提升产品质量；
6.熟悉TPM体系，按进化进行计划维护保养工作；
7.主导价值流测试类数字化提升工作；
8.开展有关质量提升、效率优化以及安全等持续改善活动；落实上级主管安排的其他工作。

1.Acceptance and release test bench.
2.Maintain and continuous updating working instruction, assist process engineer to update P-FMEA, CP, etc...
3.Technical lead & troubleshooting on testing issues in production and supply with analysis report.
4.Based on testing system, make testing system capability study, finish CgK, %GRR…report. 
5.Improve testing process & product quality based on test failure analysis.
6.Familiar with TPM, make and carry out planned maintenance.
7.Lead digital improvement related testing.
8.Carry out continuous improvements and perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or above.

- 大学本科或以上学历, 技术或工程等相关专业；
- 有一定的英语口语及书写能力；
- 最少具备3年以上驱动器或电源产品测试工程师岗位相关工作经验；
- 熟练使用常用测控仪器；
- 积极主动，具备强烈的责任感和团队合作精神；
- 良好的沟通协调能力. 具备较强的责任感和创新意识。

- BA degree and majored in technical or engineering.
- Good command of spoken and written English .
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as frequency convertor or adapter testing engineer.
- Be good at common test equipment’s using.
- Be proactive, and has strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Good communication and coordination skill. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation.
