1) Testing process development according product’s test specification. Including PCBA programming, CT, ICT and FG testing.
2) Testing scheme design, test condition set up and test validation. Support test bench introduced and release in production
3) Maintain and continuous updating working instruction, assist process engineer to update P-FMEA, CP, etc...
4) Technical lead & troubleshooting on testing issues in production and supply with analysis report.
5) Based on testing system, make testing system capability study, finish CgK, %G&RR…report
6) Improve testing process & product quality based on test failure analysis
7) Carry out continuous improvements and perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or above.
1) 根据产品测试规范，开发测试工艺；包含PCBA 程序烧录，功能测试，在线测试以及成品整机测试
2) 根据测试规范，开发和设计测试用例，搭建测试环境，并进行验证，支持和负责测试系统释放并导入生产.
3) 持续更新和维护测试相关的过程文件; 支持工艺完成如P-FMEA, CP, 测试作业指导书等
4) 为生产线提供技术支持, 主导测试故障的分析和测试异常问题解决,并提供相应的分析报告
5) 基于测试系统设计和实现方案，进行测试系统能力研究，完成研究报告Cgk, %G&RR…
6) 基于测试不良的分析，持续改善测试工艺过程和提升产品质量
7) 开展有关质量提升、效率优化以及安全等持续改善活动；落实上级主管安排的其他工作。

- BA degree and majored in technical or engineering.
- Fluent English both in speaking and in writing, German speaking is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as servo drive testing engineer.
- Familiar with common programming language (e.g. C, C#, C++) and software development environment (e.g. VS, VC++, LabVIEW), familiar with common databases (e.g. SQL server, DB2) and the applications.
- Be good at common test equipment’s using and Familiar with the communication bus and protocols, such as Ethernet, GPIB, Serial port, VXI,PCI ,PXI,CAN...

- 大学本科或以上学历, 技术或工程等相关专业；
- 流利的英语口语及书写能力，会德语者优先；
- 最少具备3年以上伺服驱动器测试工程师岗位相关工作经验；
- 熟悉常用的编程语言（如C, C#, C++等）以及各类程序开发环境（如VS, VC++, LabVIEW等），熟悉各类数据库（如SQL server，DB2等）及其应用；
- 熟练使用常用测控仪器，并了解测控行业常用通信总线以及协议, 如 TCP/IP，GPIB，RS232/485/422， PCI， PXI，CAN…
- 熟悉质量管理体系、产品开发流程（如同步工程）、新产品导入流程、项目管理流程等；
- 积极主动，并具备强烈的责任感和团队合作精神；
- 良好的沟通协调能力. 具备较强的责任感和创新意识。
