THIS IS YOUR ROLE. What are responsibilities? 1. To manage routine testing activities for vacuum circuit breaker. 2. To plan & carry out customer inspections on indoor & outdoor type circuit breakers. 3. To release test report of tested products. 4. To release monthly MIS like FPY, DPU, CSI. 5. To identify root cause of assembly issues & to define CAPA. What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. Knowledge of testing process to test circuit breakers & electrical panels. 2. Knowledge about IEC 62271-100 standard. 3. Knowledge of production system like LEAN manufacturing system. 4. Knowledge of 5S principle is required. 5. Should have good knowledge about testing instruments like breaker analyzer. 6. Knowledge of ISO QMS systems. (ISO 9000). 7. Knowledge of ISO EMS systems (Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management System) (ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000) 8. Knowledge to handle customer inspection & related activities. 9. Flexible enough to work is shifts. 10. Knowledge to resolve critical product issues by visiting customer sites in case required. 11. Knowledge of establishing & preparation of test process required for routine testing of products 12. Knowledge to release KPI like CSI, FPY, DPU, WFR etc. 13. Knowledge to resolve product quality topics on manufacturing line 14.
