Overview / Purpose of the position

The Testing Team Manager is responsible for the test management life cycle to support the Regulatory Services business transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong testing life cycle management experience within a regulated/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Complete ownership of the test management life cycle
• Creation and implementation of testing plans
• Production of testing scripts and the instruction to testers when following the testing scripts
• Subject matter expert in the methods of testing, bringing knowledge and expertise into BSI to enable efficient and effective system testing
• Management of all UAT resources

Key Success / Performance Indicators:

• Managing defect management process
• Coordinate UAT resource
• Train UAT resource
• Manage test case creation
• Manage communications with IT and third parties
• Manage relationship with system integrator
• Successfully create test strategy which will be complementary to the IT test strategy
