Job Purpose 

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a working knowledge of vendor management, basic project management, and related administrative tasks: maintaining vendor database, invoicing, PO creation, document management, vendor correspondence, tracking reported hours, payments, and quotes, vendor scheduling, project coordination.  

Some experience with software testing and localization industry is helpful. Bilingual (European or East Asian languages) preferred, but not required.  

Solid communication skills and being detail oriented are a must. Sense of humor, thinking outside the box, creative problem-solving, level-headedness, assertiveness - all of these skills are requisite, as you will be in the middle between work givers and vendor workers. Cat herding skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities  

 

 

  • Testing project administrative tasks, including maintaining vendor database, tracking hours and payments, invoicing, Purchase order creation, correspondence with vendors, HR, recruiters.  

  • Supporting vendor scheduler, testing managers and leads on project scheduling, including dynamic communications with work givers and vendor workers to set up short- and long-term testing projects across multiple languages and testing locations in Colorado and across the world.  

  • Supporting office management and inventory tasks, including badge access management, monitoring security process compliance, receiving, inventorying, and organizing devices, maintaining client-facing inventory, monitoring and tracking device distribution to team members and freelancers.  

  • Supporting Testing PjMs on project coordination, including updating project trackers with status, providing updates to client PjMs, communicating timelines and extensions, and tracking project deliverables.  

  • Work as part of a dynamic team on a wide variety of projects (cutting-edge consumer tech, inc. video/audio streaming, smart speakers and displays, smart home devices, travel and commerce apps, etc) for an exciting client – global industry leader in search.   

 

 

Skills & Experience  

 

  

  • Project coordination/project management skills, including scheduling, invoicing, hours tracking, stakeholder updates and project execution support.  Administrative skills, including maintaining databases, document tracking, invoicing.  

  • Experience with vendor management and coordination.  

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.  

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.  

  • Highly detailed and organized. 

  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.  

  • Ability to work on a team and communicate effectively with other team members 

  • Motivated and ability to learn fast 

  • Bilingual (European or East Asian languages) a plus 

  • Knowledge of test management tools a big plus

Base Pay: 

$50,000 - $70,000 / year  

FLSA Status: - Exempt 

 

Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.  

 

Location: US, Colorado (Hybrid)
