Position Objective

The Sourcing Specialist will follow up the strategic sourcing program for different source categories to include, but not limited to, vendor compliance, vendor prospect analysis, supplier selection, fabric sourcing, etc.

Essential Job Responsibilities：

• Effectively & actively execute sourcing activities for all textile areas, print, woven and accessories…etc throughout the country according to the needs.
• Responsible for negotiations related to pricing, lead time and MOQ.
• Sourcing for certain price point, ensure factory can follow standard and ensure quality.
• Implement supplier agreements/contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions.
• Manage risk of supply chain with stakeholders when it comes to new suppliers sourced. Identify production issues upfront and involve Quality Assurance teams to resolve.
• Library and swatch book maintain with stakeholders.
• Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of sourcing operations and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. (Technical textile knowledge is required.).
• Prefer textile product knowledge, both hard line and soft line is a plus。
• Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative. Takes ownership.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product and price.
• Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures.

* Able to coordinate efforts of associates in multiple offices and work together in a positive and collaborative manner. * Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and keep them on track.

• Excellent problems solving skills.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent command of English and local language. Good communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability on changes, obstacles, adversity.
• Demonstrate professional judgment / use expertise to make recommendation or decisions.
• 4-5 working years above is preferred
