Job Title: Thai Customer Service Specialist (MRO Industry)**
Location:** Rayong, Thailand
Salary:** RMB 10-15k/month

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, order tracking, and relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and issues, coordinate internal resources, and uphold the company’s reputation.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to identify needs and support product optimization and market strategies.

Requirements:
- Native in Thai & Fluent in Chinese (familiarity with MRO products is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and excellent service awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick learning ability.
