# Job Requirements & Responsibilities
This position requires **proficient Thai or Malay speaking skills** to communicate fluently (mandatory).
Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for handling customer inquiries and problem-solving on cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok).
2. Maintain customer relationships, ensure service quality, and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with the team to jointly complete sales targets and customer service-related tasks.
4. KOL/KOC invitation and relationship maintenance:
4.1 Independently complete preliminary communication, cooperation invitations, contract negotiations, and relationship maintenance with Thai KOLs/KOCs.
4.2 Manage the entire process of cooperative projects, including sample delivery tracking, content review, data feedback, and performance review, to maximize cooperation benefits.
4.3 Establish and continuously optimize the Thai KOL/KOC resource pool, conduct long-term relationship maintenance, and explore in-depth cooperation opportunities.
