Job Description
The CEO assistant job responsibilities

ü Responsible for CEO’s daily decisions, resolutions, implement supervision and feedback;
ü Assist CEO to carry on the management to the operation of the company and various functional
üdepartments;
ü Participate in project planning, implementation, organization and real-time feedback to CEO projects;
ü Responsible to assist the related meeting arrangements, recording, make meeting minutes, and the need to write e-mail, document according to the report and other documents
ü Treatment with CEO’s external public relations, coordinate the chief executive, work schedule, and
üaccording to the working schedule and do a good job with the Customers personnel appointment, reception, meeting affairs
ü Responsible for coordinating the CEO of business travel, business banquets and other liaison work,
üand is responsible for customer contact
ü Complete other work assigned by the chief executive of the supervision, coordination and implementation
ü Develop relationship with local media and customers. etc

Requirements

-English native speaker
-College degree and above
-Excellent command of Chinese and English with written correspondence;
-Get use to frequent business travel trip
-Patient, careful, supportive. Has strong team work spirit.
-Eager to learn and open-minded with creativity.
-With deep understanding and respect for different cultures..
-With basic idea of sales and marketing, related experience is preferred.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Demonstrated competence in various computer programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Commitment of at least two years
-Foreign candidates should be at least 25 years old with at least 2 years work experience
