Responsibilities:

1, responsible for the overall management of the company in European, take full responsibility for the results of operation;

2, Establishment of team, and gathering of all the resources to achieve the target of the company;

3, grasp the international market dynamics, make adjustments to strategic policies in time according to the changes of industry; provide advice and feasibility analysis of the market for the European business development strategy;

4, responsible for the development and maintenance of public relationships with local government authorities, the European regulatory authorities and EU Customers;

5, build and manage operation team of European companies, perform general coordination, personnel training work;

6, establish, improve and implement the management system of the company, responsible for the management and supervision of local EU staffs;

7, responsible for establishing the company image and brand building, maintain the reputation and social image of the company;

8, this position is covered by stock option incentive plan.

Job Requirements:

1, bachelor degree or above, overseas study or working background, fluent spoken and written English, familiar with multi language is preferred;

2, 5 years of the third-party inspection certification management related work experience, familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of overseas certification industry is preferred;

3, familiar with the overseas certification market and channels, be able to make the working plan and promote the market according to matured marketing knowledge and skills;

4, familiar with the details of EU product certification;

5, full of passion, be willing to take challenging works;

6, strong enterprise and self-motivation, excellent capability in team management;

7, be acceptable to work at oversea based position.
