Summary
The Senior Client Relations & Digital Marketing Executive is an integral part of the Outward Bound Hong Kong (OBHK) marketing team and will assist with overall day-to-day client management of our international school portfolio as well as digital marketing operations.
The Senior Client Relations & Digital Marketing Executive works to create and nurture long-term relationships with our loyal school clients by addressing customer concerns, promoting client needs and working with colleagues to deliver courses that meet expectations. Additionally, you will contribute to the marketing strategy with particular oversight of digital platforms to include website, social media and production of content. Understanding and strengthening of the brand identity is important.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Develop business opportunities with international school clients
Manage and maintain client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
Represent the organisation in industry events and networking sessions
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations team to enhance client experiences
Digital Marketing
Manage the operations of OBHK social media channels include Website, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
Coordinate with different functional teams for social posting, content creation and campaign execution
Optimize the social content in the form of photos, video and other multimedia formats
Resolve customer inquiries through social media
Manage internal creative assets platform and provide regular usage report
Provide operational support to the department
Required Skills & Experience
With previous client support experience
Outgoing, energetic, cheerful, patient with pleasant personality
Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
Analytical problem solver with excellent documentation skills
Social media savvy writer with creative copy writing skills
Concept and brainstorming skills and excellent organizational skills
Experience and competence in appropriate design software
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder in a discipline related to communications (Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, etc.)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in client relations/ writing/ editing/ social media marketing
Able to work independently and work in outdoor environment occasionally
Work location in Sai Kung area
