The role

Therapeutical Area Manager, Oncology role is to ensure:

• Development and implementation of Oncology brand strategy within assigned Business Unit through cross functional team work
• Coordination of market activities across Latvia connected to assigned Oncology brands
•  Responsible for implementation of brand strategies according to the account plan in the region

Accountabilities:

• Take part in the yearly brand/business planning process for Baltic
• Drive and execute local implementation of the BOP activities through the LIT (Local Implementation Team )
• Ensuring and managing local sign offs of all marketing materials including PROMOMATS uploads
• Drives specific Baltic initiatives according to individuals’ interest and skills
• Generates market insight together with LIT team
• Deliver local brand & campaign trainings
• Managing relationships with local KEEs  and patient organizations in collaboration with Medical and HCA
• Analyze the development and trends in the country
• Be updated on the development of the health political environment

Essential requirements:

• Demonstrated Pharma marketing, medical, market acsses or sales experience
• Good knowledge in market ethical rules
• Leadership experience
• Experience from multicultural business environment and/or market access work would be competitive advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge in English language
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent, e.g. in Marketing
