Job Purpose: Explain and perform face and body treatments and therapies, recommend retail products, and refer guests to the Salon post-treatment if requested.

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ therapist experience in a five-star hotel an advantage
Education: Secondary school diploma or above
Knowledge/Certificates: Recognised aesthetics certificate of ITEC, CIBTAC or equivalent preferred; excellent product knowledge of for a range of Spa and beauty therapies; knowledge of health, hygiene and safety regulations
Language Ability: Good Cantonese and Mandarin; spoken English an advantage
Computer Skills: Basic
