Job Responsibilities
- Therapist will assist the project team on therapy content development for stroke rehab services which can be adapted into digital rehab platform, include, PT, OT, ST,etc.
- Able to provide patient functional evaluation, therapy planning and therapy intervention to patient independently.
- Develop rehab service & Rehab digital strategies and activities.
- Be active part of project team to develop therapy contents for digital rehab application (PT, OT, ST etc), including patient initial assessment, treatment plan & on-line therapy
- Assist team for test patient trail, and complete the necessary therapy documents including medical record, discharge summaries, consents and other relevant records & forms of rehabilitation.
- Coordinate physical medicine and rehabilitation services with other medical activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment.
- Be active part of the team to screen and review online providers of digital rehab services and support gap analysis/unmet medical need.
- Other tasks required by Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelors degree of rehabilitation degree; Master degree is a plus
- Major: Rehabilitation degree
- Required skills: IT skills; Microsoft office, Internet platform utilization, experience in digital health and rehab concepts ;Rehabilitation outcome re-valuation and punctually update the exercise prescription; Strictly follow clinical protocol and related policies; Good team player; creative thinking; easily adapt to changing environment ;Good communication ability with patients; Oversea or International hospital working experience is a plus
Language skills & proficiency: Good communications skills in both English and Chinese (verbal & written)
- Required experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in rehabilitation department; 3A Hospital is a plus
Years of leadership experience: Registered as rehab therapist in China, Intermediate Professional Grade is a plus
