Component localization
- Receive engineering change from Germany and evaluate;
- Transfer engineering change to BBAC and ensure the implementation;
- Evaluate the failed assembly issue from BBAC;
- Monitor part readiness from suppliers and ensure validation test conducted on time;
- Support quality colleague for PPAP;
- Support procurement colleague for sourcing.
Component/Function Development
- Accomplish the development tasks for MB cars locally in the complete MDS phase;
- Develop China specific component with local/international supplier.
- Support the global development focus on China specific features & functions.
- Ensure the functionality of locally developed components
Innovation/Market evaluation
- Cooperate with china requirement colleague and marketing colleague to analyze innovation idea;
- Work with Germany to further evaluate technical feasibility;
- Input technical feedback to management team.
Vehicle testing
- Make plan for China AC testing & Air Quality related testing in vehicle level;
- Coordinate the testing car and testing person from OV department;
- Measure in-car AC system performance & Air Quality realetd testing for MBC and competitors.
