For the Haifa lab in EPG we are looking for a student who will lead our thermal and mechanical solutions from requirements to design, work with external vendors and perform design reviews, until sending to manufacturing. In this position you will gain practice in engineering principles, design technologies and solutions for mechanical and thermal hardware, electronics enclosures and production tooling. You will work based on established engineering principles and with industry development technology practices and communicate project status, roadblocks and success.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a BA\BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar degree with at least 4 semesters remaining till graduation
- Strong technical background is a must
- Familiarity with 3D design and layout SW
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving skill
- Be able to express verbally and written in English
- Availability to work 4 days a week
