Your tasks and responsibilities: Customer Services Education is the growth engine for our new services business. To implement our "From Onsite to Online" strategy and successfully manage our business, we are focusing on automated reporting. This enables us to offer better transparency for our operational and financial business metrics. After a successful implementation of our "One Source Of Truth" for the visualization of all business relevant metrics, we would now like to take the next step. The path to your successful thesis leads through the following steps: As part of your master thesis, you will analyze various predictive, descriptive, and decision models for predictive analytics and create an overview and evaluation of internal and external AI-based providers. In doing so, you will also consider important aspects such as currently used and available IT applications, the potential to answer management-relevant questions and time-to-market for continuous development You will then work on the development of a proof of concept, conduct tests and use the results to develop recommendations for action for our future digital roadmap for more business transparency To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You are currently successfully studying computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable course of study with an IT background and have a completed bachelor's degree You are IT-savvy and well-versed in the use of MS Office365 You also score with first experiences in the creation of dashboards (e.g. Power BI) and would like to bring your knowledge to us If you already have knowledge and/or experience in the area of predictive analytics, this is an advantage Your attributes and skills: Working in an international environment has always been your dream, so you are fluent in written and spoken German and English An open and dynamic team is waiting for you.
