Job Objective:

Develop new TW products, provide technical support and build technology competency.

新产品开发、技术支持服务和科研能力建设。

Job Responsibilities:

1. (40%) Work with TW global R&D, ASN and CRL teams to develop new products and new processes for APAC market and export market to support TW business growth.

与圣戈班TW全球研发团队、磨料磨具中国团队及能力研究实验室合作，开发适用亚太市场和出口市场的新产品和新工艺，以支持TW的业务发展。

2. (25%) Interact with global R&D and universities to build technology competencies by exploring new ideas, developing new methodologies and building technical platforms.

与全球研发团队及国内高校互动，通过新想法探索、新方法开发和新技术平台的组建来建立科研能力。

3. (20%) Provide technical support to purchase team and operation team for mono-sourcing project, raw material qualification, process improvement and customer trouble shooting

支持采购和运营团队进行单一供应商项目、原材料认证、工艺改进和客户问题解决。

4. (5%) Strictly follow company principles, policies and regulations. Take the responsibility to reach individual EHS requests and annual targets.

严格遵守公司原则、政策和规则。承担责任完成个人EHS要求和年度目标。

5. (10%) Actively conduct works arranged by superior.

积极履行上级安排的其它工作事项。

Job Requirements:

• Master Degree or above, Materials Science and Engineering or relevant majors

• 1-2 years’ work experience is preferred

• Open minded, innovative, customer-focused, Result-oriented, good communication skills and strong business sense

• Effective communicator in Chinese and in English, both written and verbal
