Position Description: This position is responsible for major mechanical parts/tools/process technical qualification used on ThinkPad Notebook PC. Select supplier/technology/process based on drawing/specification/quotation and qualify them to meet planned product TTM/TTV/TTQ. Quality issue management with supplier and other Lenovo internal team during qualification phase and tooling capacity management during NPI and MP phase are also in scope. #### Position Requirements: 1, More than 5 years knowledge and experience on handling material (plastic/magnesium/aluminum/paint/mechanical hinge) and process (mold injection/casting/CNC/painting/anodizing/2D3D parts measurement) to make mechanical parts 2, Project management skill to achieve TTM (Time to market) / TTV (Volume) / TTQ (Quality) 3, Quality control knowledge such as LSS, Cpk, Xbar-R control, AQL control 4, Very good English writing, listening and speaking skill to work with worldwide team in Lenovo and suppliers 5, PC skill by using MS office tools to make chart/list/presentation package 6, Willing to work with international team (Japan, US and China) and suppliers (China, Taiwan, Japan, etc.) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
