Position Description: Lenovo is seeking a Global Product Launch Manager to join its World-Wide ThinkPad Product Business Unit focusing on new innovative computing products with a start-up spirit. The position would ideally be based at our Headquarters in Morrisville, NC and will be responsible for owning various customer centric projects around new and innovative ThinkPad notebooks targeted at Consumer, Commercial, and SMB segments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work well cross-functionally. This role requires working with Product Development, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing, and Geography team members to own projects to bring new offerings to market. A significant amount of time will be spent engaging in Customer centric activities to better understand customer feedback, needs, and requirements. About The Job ● Lead projects specific to launching a new category of notebooks ● Partner with the Geography and Lenovo.com teams on go to market launch projects ● Assist with sales enablement and training activities ● Manage projects and programs specific including communication, management, and reporting ● Drive Customer Engagement activities and feedback reports out to the various cross-functional teams #### Position Requirements: Required: ● Undergraduate degree, Business, Technical, and/or Marketing preferred ● 0-3 years of relevant experience Preferred: ● Organized self-starter with project management skills preferred ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to work in a team environment including with teams across the world ● Exceptional attention to detail. ● Strong creative problem-solving skills. ● Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
