Position Description: The ThinkReality team is growing and is looking to hire a seasoned Project Manager. This position will cover all aspects of our Commercial AR/VR project, including working with internal (Lenovo SW/HW, Motorola) and external stakeholders. #### Position Requirements: Responsibilities \- Determine and define project software scope and objectives across cross functional/BU team \- Create and maintain project exec Dashboards \- Establish working level meetings and cadence across the project \- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan \- Ensure that the project work plan has proper visibility in Jira and other SW dev tools \- Utilize industry best practices techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution \- Work with stakeholder project and product managers to monitor progress, measure performance and identify areas for improvement \- Formalize exec escalation plan for critical areas or problems as they arise Basic Qualifications \- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field \- 10+ years of project management and related experience Preferred Experience: \- PMP certification preferred \- Proven ability to solve problems creatively \- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices (ex: Jira) \- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle \- Excellent analytical skills \- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful \- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
