Job Description
Highly motivated and passionate individual to provide TPM (Third Party Management) Business Support. Responsible for supporting the TPM team’s processes and activities, and organizational systems. Works closely with TPM Leadership and other business stakeholders to ensure organization across the TPM team. Responsibilities: Conducts research, compiles, analyzes, and summarizes information for reports and correspondences. Leverages own contacts and resources and liaises with managers/senior management on behalf of the office or team to facilitate information gathering and confirmation of answers. Operates effectively with a significant degree of time management and work method/approach latitude. May undertake special, diversified, longer-term projects requiring interaction with multiple teams. Independently completes a full range of advanced administrative activities that are frequently diverse, highly complex in nature and may include, but are not limited to, calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, organizational management, word processing, data entry. Effectively prioritizes the needs of the office, leadership and/or team as prescribed by established guidelines, managing competing requests and switching focus as needed, may often need to negotiate prioritization of administrative activities with/among higher level team members/manager. Performs advanced, diversified, and often confidential, administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Create/distribute meeting agenda/minutes. Document action items and perform basic follow-up. Update MS Project Plans, generate and distribute updated project plans and reporting, and assist in the development of presentations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite with an emphasis utilizing Outlook Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to deliver timely, high-quality work products in a pressured environment. Ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and across business lines. Results orientated with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. High degree of self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as part of a global team. Critical thinker and problem solver that will drive qualitative and quantitative analysis, formulate hypotheses, and identify solutions for strategic business issues. Is inquisitive and possesses a desire to continuously learn. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
