2. Improve the recruitment, training, assessment, evaluation and other aspects of the rule, and responsible for the implementation
3. Supervise and evaluate the service quality of tour leader,introduce objective data and organize regular assessment and appraisal of team leaders
4. completion of establishment of management system, include team leader talent reserve, service quality indicators for tour leader, efficiency and quality and internal (other departments of the company) satisfaction of transactional or quantitative work
quickly identify business pain points, according to business needs, find the leader training point, and can effectively cooperate with all business departments to solve business pain points
任职要求:
1. 8~10 years related working experience, travel and service industry experience is preferred; management experience plus
2. Knowledge required, national laws and regulations (labour law, labour relations law, tourism law, consumer rights and interests protection law, etc.), national and industrial standards related to outbound tourism services (outbound tourism service standards, tour guide service standards, etc.), business practice of tour leader
3. Able to work under great stressful, strong self-drive;
4. Strong communication and coordination ability, clear logical thinking ability
5. Fluent English
