Summary In your new role as a Thought Leadership Research and Communication – Green Energy (f/m/d), you will conduct research, develop technical/product content, ghost write white papers and technical thought leadership articles on a range of technical topics in IoT, digitalization, energy, eMobility and facilities management, and other clean and climate technology areas. This position requires, significant specialized expertise and technical domain understanding. Description Researching SI products, services and solutions, as well as technology research & development projects, that can be positioned in industry thought leadership is part of your new responsibility as Thought Leadership Research and Communication – Green Energy (f/m/d) You write thought leadership articles, which focus on technology, products and solutions that accelerate clean tech and climate tech solutions, including disruptive technologies and business models Moreover, you explain the value and the content of often complex technology products and solutions in an easily understandable way Target audiences include internal and external stakeholders, in particular industry leading, top leaders of the energy transition and decarbonisation Your output is: Thought leadership on market trends, business opportunities, core technology trends, technical white papers, high and original content quality, must have the potential to publish in prestigious channels In addition, your functions may include conceptualizing, developing, designing, and producing, writing content Your partners are product managers, R&D leads and developers, research experts, to develop, and/or write various outstanding content pieces, including, but not limited to, manuscripts, peer-reviewed writings, white papers and blog contributions You manage technical content production projects and C level presentations Education You have completed your Master, MBA or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering or similar Ideally, you have a degree in communications You have longterm professional experience in a relevant field You have research and scholarly publishing experience in clean tech, energy transition, climate tech Additionally, you have created online and print outputs including scholarly articles, manuscripts, peer-reviewed writings, white papers Professional ability to create, plan, and develop story lines rounds off your profile Fluency in English, verbally and in writing, is fundamental for this position The XPS - Xcelerate your Potential at Siemens Program is a newly launched "direct entry plus" concept for tech talents who will drive the Siemens digital transformation.
