Description

• Advising on regulatory compliance and ensure the business is compliant with regulations and internal policies
• Advising compliance officers and regional stakeholders on regulatory risks
• Providing timely escalation to the senior management team
• Liaising with senior and regional management to implement Regulatory Compliance plans

Profile

• University degree holder
• Experience of working in Compliance Advisory is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Hong Kong and Asian regulations related to equities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with strong language skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
