Job Responsibilities
Live Streaming Execution & Sales Targets
Host the TikTok English live stream, focusing on women's fashion categories such as European/American styles, casual wear, trendy/sexy sets, and office attire (using live bidding).
Provide professional explanations of the clothing, including fabric, fit, sizing, and styling scenarios to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Professional Knowledge & Content Delivery
Conduct the entire live stream in fluent English.
Learn and master professional clothing knowledge (including EU/US sizing systems, fabric craftsmanship, design fits, and fashion trends) to provide engaging explanations and shopping guidance to overseas audiences, establishing a professional and trustworthy streamer persona.
Stream Management & Audience Engagement
Demonstrate excellent on-camera presence and the pace control.
Interact with overseas fans in real-time in English, answering common questions about sizing, styling, logistics, and after-sales service to boost viewer retention, follower growth, and conversion rates.
Flexibly handle unexpected situations during the live stream to ensure a smooth flow.
Team Collaboration & Performance Review
Collaborate with the operations team on daily product selection, live scripts, and outfit styling flows.
Participate in post-stream data reviews to optimize English scripts and Livestream pacing.
Adhere to the team's shift schedule and work together to iterate on live streaming strategies for better overall conversion efficiency.
Content Creation Support
Assist in filming English OOTD (Outfit of the Day) and unboxing/haul short videos to boost organic traffic for the account.
Platform Compliance & IP Maintenance
Comply with TikTok's platform rules, maintain a consistent on-camera persona, build a loyal fanbase, and maintain a stable long-term streaming schedule.
Job Requirements
1. Basic Qualifications
Language: English is the primary language. Both Chinese and foreign nationals are welcome. Native English speakers are preferred; Chinese nationals must have fluent, authentic spoken English and be able to stream entirely in English without barriers.
Experience: Prior experience as a fashion streamer, clothing store sales associate, fashion model, fashion influencer, or in the women's apparel industry is highly preferred.
Education: No specific degree required; professional training will be provided by the company.
2. Core Competencies
On-Camera Presence: Confident, poised, and charismatic. Must be able to control the pace and energize the live stream atmosphere.
Image & Physique: Presentable image with a well-proportioned figure. Must be confident in trying on and showcasing outfits that align with overseas (especially Western) aesthetics.
Adaptability: Must accept shift work based on overseas time zones, including evening shifts and a rotating 24-hour coverage schedule (4-6 hours per shift). Strong stability and a willingness to build a long-term career in cross-border TikTok streaming are required.
Teamwork: Cooperative team player with no history of platform violations; must follow the streaming schedule and operational plans.
3. Preferred Qualifications
Practical experience in TikTok English fashion live streaming, with familiarity with the live bidding model.
Familiarity with professional knowledge of EU/US clothing sizes, fabrics, and fits.
Candidates with existing overseas social media accounts, fashion portfolios, or an established follower base are preferred.
What We Offer
1. Compensation
Full-time: Base salary of 10,000 - 22,000 RMB/month + tiered high commission based on sales (uncapped earning potential).
Part-time: Hourly pay available with flexible working hours.
2. Work Schedule
Shifts: 4-6 hours per shift, rotating shifts (4-5 shifts) to achieve 24-hour live stream coverage. Specific schedules will be arranged according to the broadcast plan.
Time Off: 4 days off per month (coordinated via shift scheduling).
3. Location
Room 708, E-commerce Building, Zhonghao Xincheng C5, Xuexiang Metro Station, Longgang District, Shenzhen (within walking distance of the metro).
